Q What information or dimensions do I need to provide so as to order the correct size Affinity Window or Door? A If you have working drawings your Affinity Sales Consultant can make all the calculations for you. If you are renovating and have an existing opening, Affinity require tight height and width measurements for quoting but we will site measure prior to manufacture to ensure the correct fit. Q Do Affinity sell Security Products? A Yes. A full range of integrated Security Products are available. All Affinity Security Products are manufactured to Australian Standards. Licence Number: 06413. Q Where can I see the Affinity Product range displayed? A The Affinity Showroom is situated at: 85 Vulcan Road Canning Vale. Open: Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.00pm, Saturday 9.00am-12.00pm Q What colours are available from Affinity? A Refer to the "Affinity Products" link on the Affinity web-site for the standard colour range. Other colour options are available on request. Q I am building in a windy area on the coast. Do I require special windows? A Yes. Your Shire or building engineer will give you a "Wind Rating" applicable to your location. Refer to the "Product Information Guide" link for "Selection Issues". Q What are the warranties on Affinity Products? A Refer to "Product Information Guide" link on the web-site. Q Are keyed locks standard on Affinity Products? A Yes, on both Windows and Sliding Doors. These can be locked in a fully closed position or a choice of 2 pre-set open (vented) positions. Q What type of glass can I have in my Affinity Window or Door? A A range of safety, energy efficient, tinted or patterned glass is available. Your Affinity Sales Consultant can advise you of the options. Q Do Affinity have ready-made Windows and Doors that I can purchase? A No. Each Affinity Window and Door is custom made to suit your individual requirements. Q Can Affinity supply new Windows and Doors for my renovation project? A Yes. Q Do Affinity French Doors open 180 degrees? A Yes, provided you have side-lites fitted and they are the same width or greater than you door panels. Q Do Affinity French Doors open inwards? A Yes. Affinity have developed a sill to accommodate this if required. Q Do Affinity use Safety Glass in their Shower Screens? A Yes. All Affinity Shower Screens are manufactured using Grade A Safety Glass as per Australian Standards. Q Do Affinity install Shower Screens? A Yes. We offer a full "measure, quote and installation" service and use only fully qualified fitters. Q Can I have my Affinity "Framed Mirror" to match my Shower Screen colour? A Yes. Q Do Affinity have ready-made Shower Screens that I can purchase? A No. All Affinity Shower Screens are site measured and custom made to suit your individual requirements. Q Can Affinity remove my old Shower Screen for me? A Yes. Affinity can disassemble and remove your old Shower Screen prior to installation of your new Affinity product. Q Can Affinity Wardrobe Doors be fitted to an existing opening? A Yes. Contact your Affinity Sales Consultant to arrange an obligation-free quote. Q Can Affinity supply the internal fittings for my wardrobe? A Yes. Your Affinity Sales Consultant can advise you of the various configurations available. Q Are Affinity Wardrobe Doors available in a mirror finish? A Yes. Q Can I paint my Affinity Wardrobe Doors to match my colour scheme? A Yes. Affinity Wardrobe Doors are available in a Gyprock suitable for painting, or you can choose from a wide range of patterns and colours in Vinyl-faced Gyprock and Melamine. |
